Nitrix PC believes that their computers should be a pleasure to purchase and own. With a reputations as local computer experts, Nitrix challenged Websites Made to build an intuitive and user friendly e-commerce website to promote their products and expertise nationwide.

Strategy and user experience research

We designed a strategy to convert site visitors through meticulous UX research. Websites Made created a checkout flow with minimal friction in terms of unnecessary data collection, page speed, customer confidence boosters (latest 4/5 star reviews on checkout pages) as well as subconscious prompts (such as product sales/view counters) encouraging customers to add products to their cart.

Design across web/mobile

Websites Made began the design process with simple wireframes. Once our ideas matched the Nitrix vision, we commissioned the creation of site media as well as copywriting for the website. With over 1/3 of web visitors being on mobile, we ensured that the design was mobile friendly and user friendly.

Analytics and Optimisation

Upon completion of the website, Websites Made implemented detailed tracking methods to view and analyse visitor behaviour and promptly adjusted certain aspects of the site to maximise conversions. We also completed basic SEO optimisations so that the website could begin indexing on search engines.
